The Drum pad app is a drum pad with multiple capacities including loopers and a lot of pre-installed sounds. The drum pad is best used in good brightness conditions, the phone's brightness that is. The interface is very dark and also the writing on the pads is gray. This makes it very hard to see what the writing says. Even so, after selecting the voices for each drumpad you can remember what each of them does. Like any other drum pad app it works best on a big screen, but does well on a 5" screen. It is very touch sensitive and there is great polyphony supported. The sound categories are looper, hi-hat, crash, ride, percussion. kick, snare and a lot of toms. There are a lot of sounds that simmilar to the stock sounds of Yamaha and Roland keyboards. The drum app that I am reviewing is the only so far to be fully customisabile. Surely, there are drum pads that are drum pads that allow you to record tracks for dubstep and play them, but these are only for the pads on the left side of the screen. This drumpad I obviousely not for dubstep, as it doesn't allow recording nor does it have recorded sounds for dubstep when you download it. This Drum Pad is useful for acoustic and electronic percussion that sound well on your phone.
