The Canyon headphones are on-ear headphones with a microphone. They are made out of plastic, a plastic that is resistent to shocks and has a matte black color. The headphones do not really isolate you from the environment, but they do stand out when at maximum volume. They have a great range of sizes, as you can set it to be loose when you are at home, and you can tighten them up pretty well when you are doing sport. The microphone works well and both it and the headphones have good quality 1/8" inputs made out of some silvery colored metal and covered in differently colored rubber. The sponge on the actual speakers is comfortable, but not so sensible as in other headphones. As it was built to be the last layer of material that touches your ear, the sponge is very durable. The Canyon headset is good for both listening to music and recording it. The design is also great as they have indicators for the right and left parts of the headset, as well as really long cables. Playing an instrument on these headphones may or may not be possible, as the cables are connected to both speakers. I was able to play every amplifiable instrument in my house with these headphones, other than the keyboards. The Canyon headphones are good-sounding and long lasting pieces of equipament for the price.
